Bust-Down 1.5 Group Session

A 1.5 hour session where together we workshop faulty beliefs from childhood and society to become better versions of ourselves. Topics will mostly revolve around experiences with family, relationships, friendships and how our self esteem have been impacted.

This is a group session and will not include more than 10 participants at a time. In the event there is only 1 participant, you and I will workshop together like in a private 1:1 session.
