Here’s what you’ll accomplish during this challenge:

  • Commit to a healthy diet (with 4 cheat meal passes)

  • Walk 10,000 steps a day (workouts are optional but encouraged)

  • Read 10 pages a day to nurture your mind

  • Meditate for 10 minutes daily for peace and clarity

  • Journal every day for reflection and growth

  • Develop a total life plan focusing on 8 key areas:

    • Fun

    • Friends

    • Family

    • Finances

    • Career/Business

    • Love

    • Religion and Spirituality

    • Health

  • Boost your self-esteem and work on creating the best version of yourself

  • Create a personal mission statement and map out your dream life using a budgeting tool to design your ideal future.

How does it work? We’ll support each other every day on Discord with:

  • Daily check-ins to stay on track

  • A weekly lecture that dives into personal growth topics

  • A free 1-hour coaching session with me each month for personalized guidance
